Ensure that your pet is comfortably nearby before we arrive
Dogs should be in a well-lit room, wearing a collar with a leash available
Cats should be in an enclosed well-lit room free of hiding spaces and breakable items
Inform us if your pet becomes frightened or agitated when the doorbell is rung or there is a knock at the door; if so, we can text when we arrive
Please keep other pets separate; examining each pet individually ensures uninterrupted attention for each pet
Be aware when we are entering and exiting your home
We will need to bring supplies into your home and may need to take two trips
Ensure your pet cannot escape as we enter and exit your home
Keep an eye on appointment details
Some appointments require detailed instructions regarding preparation for your pet or sample collection (i.e. fasting for bloodwork, how to collect urine or fecal samples)
Please follow instructions provided per your confirmation email
